ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

     MAY 15, 2009

            12:15 P.M.       Called meeting to order. Present: Richard Gorden,

                                    Ellen Abelson and Mark Mazur.

            1.                     The Board discussed a possible settlement of the

                                     FY 2009 appeal by the owner of Parcel 132-39-1.

                                    They decided to make them a settlement offer.

            2.                     The Board took the following actions on the FY

                                     2009 clause 18 exemption applications for the

                                     owners of the following parcels:

                                                Parcel # 53-27-1          Denied

                                                Parcel # 52-16             Granted

            1:10P.M.          The Board went into Executive Session.

            1:35P.M.          The Board returned from their Executive Session

                                    and adjourned.
